Chocolate Buttermilk Bundt Cake

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a bundt cake pan
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
Add the eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients
Mix until well combined
Stir in the boiling water until the batter is smooth
Fold in the semisweet chocolate chips
Pour the batter into the greased bundt cake pan
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely
