Traeger Grilled Salmon
The sweet and savory tastes of maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger come together in this Traeger grilled salmon recipe to make a delicious dish. The salmon is soft, flaky, and full of delicious smoky flavor after being cooked to perfection on a Traeger grill.
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets 6 ounces each
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced for garnish
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix together maple syrup, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to make the marinade
Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, turning to coat evenly
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
Preheat your Traeger grill to 375F 190C
Remove salmon from marinade and discard excess marinade
Place salmon fillets directly on the grill grate, skin-side down
Close the lid and grill for about 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork
Once cooked, remove salmon from the grill and transfer to a serving platter
Garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley before serving
