Pork Sliders with Pineapple Salsa



These Pork Sliders with Pineapple Salsa are a perfect combination of savory and sweet. The juicy pork patties are complemented by the fresh and tangy pineapple salsa, making them an ideal choice for a quick and tasty meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Slider buns
  • Sliced pineapple rings
  • Lettuce leaves

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, chopped red bell pepper, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper

Mix until well combined

Form the mixture into small slider-sized patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat

Cook the pork patties for about 3-4 minutes per side or until they are cooked through and have a nice crust

Toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster until they are lightly browned
