Peanutty Buckeye Bars
These Peanutty Buckeye Bars are a delightful combination of creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate, with a hint of graham cracker for added texture. They're perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth cravings!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
Melted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and peanut butter should all be mixed together well in a large bowl
Add graham cracker crumbs and mix until they are spread out evenly
Spread the mix out evenly in the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking pan that has been greased
Put chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a bowl that can go in the microwave
Melt the mixture in 30 second increments, stirring every time, until it's smooth
Cover the peanut butter mixture in the pan with the melted chocolate
Put it in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets
Cut into bars and serve after it's set
